We collect as little personal information as we can.
Who we are
Test Papers Hub ("we") runs testpapershub.com. This policy explains what happens to your personal information when you use the site or buy a paper.
What we collect
- Orders. When you buy, our merchant of record, Polar, collects your name, email address, billing country or address and payment details. Card details go to the payment processor and are not stored by us. We receive the order details we need to support you, such as your name, email and what you bought.
- Messages. If you email us or use the contact form, we keep the message and our replies so we can help you. Form messages are delivered to us by Resend, our email sending provider.
- Website use. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views, referring sites, countries and device types. It does not use cookies or follow individual people across sites. Our hosting provider, Vercel, also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability.
How we use it
To deliver your purchase, answer your questions, prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Who else sees it
Polar and its payment partners process orders and tax. Vercel hosts the site. Our email provider carries our support emails. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep order records as long as the law requires for tax and accounting, and support emails for as long as they are useful. Email support@testpapershub.com to ask to see, correct or delete your information, and we will respond as the law requires.
Children
Our papers are used by students, but purchases should be made by a parent, guardian or adult. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
